When a system is purchased from Digital Imaging Systems Ltd an engineer will come to install the system. They will build the system on the bench then fully test it checking every part is operating correctly. This will take anything between 2 hours and one whole day depending on the complexity of the system.

Once the engineer is satisfied that the system is operating correctly they will then perform basic training. This will cover: -

• Camera control & image acquisition (single & time lapse).
• System calibration so that you get real measurements.
• Image  processing such as brightness, contrast and filtering.
• Manual measurements.
• Image threshold & measurement.
• Data extraction.

By the time the engineer leaves the customer will be able to use their system immediately.
