Digital Imaging System Ltd regard the level of support it gives to its customers as being very important. All hardware, software and systems come with one year's warranty and there are support contracts available to extend the warranty period if required.

The first year's warranty covers you for: -

  • Unlimited telephone and email support.
  • Return to base hardware warranty.
  • Software bug fixes.

There are a number of extended support contracts you can take out: -

Level 1 – Basic support   

  • Unlimited telephone and email support.

Level 2 – Medium support

  • Unlimited telephone and email support.
  • One on site visit if require to investigate a problem.
  • Also on the site visit a basic run through of the software for any new colleagues.
  • Microscope service.

Level 3 – High end support

  • Unlimited telephone and email support.
  • One on site visit if require to investigate a problem.
  • Also on the site visit a basic run through of the software for any new colleagues.
  • External hardware support (return to base) covering shipping, parts and labour.
  • Microscope service.

If you do not have a support contract we can provide support visits at £395 for half a day or £795 for a whole day.
